Here we have a 4 new areas, items, quests, and bosses. This is a big area for you to expand and get ready for the bigger stuff.
New Area:
Frozen Tundra:
The Frozen Tundra is vast frozen wastelands. It has 2 new monsters, ice elementals and snow flurries. And has a few old ones like white dragons and yeti’s. Inside the Frozen Tundra there is a white stump. Which leads to the Ice Castle.
Ice Castle:
Inside here past secret entrances and climbing the great tower. You will find Pelal the Ice Queen. You need to start the pelal quest to get access to this area. Need to show the badge in the nw corner outside.
Aqurious:
This is a small fishing village that you can get to from west side of the sand bar you need to “row out” to get to it. It has a couple small shops and the traveling band. It also has some reefs that connect to other areas, including sunken reef and ocean.
Ocean:
This an area that you “dive” into from the nw corner of the Aqurious reefs. This area has several neutral monsters and some hostile monsters. The south side is all the neutral mobs, while north mingles in with kuo-tao. At these levels I would stick to the south side unless you brought a big group.

Collect 4 ice shards and 2 snow clumps(Frozen Tundra)

Find white stump in Frozen Tundra, and look at it
In back nw corner of Ice Castle wall, show badge to enter
Climb to the top of ice castle push botton to open top floor, kill Pelal the Snow Queen.
Take glowing ice crown to Sheriff

Return to Gurbultis with crown and 2 snow clumps

Return to Dhelvan

He will give you a bone key with 2 uses.

You will then be in a passage just like lvl 10 quest halls. Find your way to your door and use the bone key to unlock and get your weapon.
